QuickBooks Coaching

Need help setting up and navigating your QuickBooks? Services include tutorials, lessons, & helping set up your chart of accounts, invoicing, etc. to make QuickBooks work for you!

Quickbooks Coaching

Monthly subscription (initial deposit required then monthly payments for 2 months (3 month minimum) – can choose to continue on a monthly basis after that

- Review of your QBO Setup

- Books clean up to have a fresh start (Pricing varies depending on clean up required to get books clean to date)

- QBO set up/chart of accounts/recommendations on training

- Train on how items should be booked

- Available for questions/guidance as you go through your books for 3 months

- A monthly review of your books once you have completed each month and provide feedback and recommendations

- Address any specific areas you would like more assistance on

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Booking transactions, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, keeping books current, invoicing & collections, payables, monthly financial statements. Running payroll and payroll tax filing & reporting.

Controller

Financial statement analysis, bank & lending reporting, books clean up, cash flow & budgeting, etc.

Sales Tax

Sales tax set up, filing sales tax returns

If you need a combination of these services on a recurring monthly basis, we can do a monthly fixed rate based on your needs.
